Opening Hours:
We are open for you continuously from March to the end of October, and during the winter months from the beginning of December to January 15th.

Apartment Prices:
    •    Apartments for 2 people: starting from €100.00 (price per night for two people)
    •    Apartments for 2-3 people: starting from €110.00 (price per night for two people)

Additional Charges:
    •    Final cleaning fee: €70.00 per apartment.
    •    Tourist tax: In addition to the apartment price, a tourist tax of €2.20 per night is charged for each guest aged 14 and above.
    •    Bringing your four-legged friend? (Allowed in apartments Meran 2000 A, Meran 2000 B, and Laugen!) There is a charge of €10.00/day for pets.
    •    For apartments occupied by more than two people, we charge a price per additional person:
    •    Children up to 4 years old stay free of charge.
    •    Children aged 4 to 10: €10.00/day.
    •    Teenagers aged 10 to 17: €15.00/day.
    •    Adults aged 18 and above: €20.00/day.

Included Services:
    •    Each apartment is equipped with towels, tea towels, and bed linen, as well as a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette with dishes, cutlery, pots, wine glasses, a kettle, a filter coffee machine, a grill toaster, and more.
    •    Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
    •    Use of the outdoor pool from the end of May to the first week of September.
    •    Access to sun loungers, umbrellas, and small tables in the pool area.
    •    Secure parking.
    •    In our information room, you’ll find up-to-date flyers and information about local events, restaurant recommendations, and hiking maps. You’ll also find a wine fridge stocked with exquisite wines from our neighbor. You can serve yourself and pay accordingly.
    •    Südtirol Guest Pass / Meran Card.

On Request or Inquiry (for an additional fee):
    •    Intermediate cleaning.
    •    Laundry and drying facilities.

Deposit:
A deposit is required when booking, payable via bank transfer.

Check-in & Check-out:
On your arrival day, the apartments are available from 3:00 PM. If you are unsure of your exact arrival time, don’t worry! We have key safes at the entrance gate. We will provide you with the code, allowing you to check in independently anytime after 3:00 PM. We will also send you all the necessary information.
On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartments by 10:00 AM to allow enough time for cleaning.

Tourist Tax:
Since January 1st, 2014, South Tyrol has introduced a tourist tax. Revenue from the tax is used to expand and maintain infrastructure and services, as well as to organize cultural and sports events. The tax is collected directly by the accommodation providers per guest per overnight stay. The amount depends on the category of the establishment. Children and teenagers under 14 years are exempt. The tax is collected on-site.
For 2025, the tourist tax is €2.20 per person per night.

Parking:
We offer a secure parking area, mostly covered. You can park your car there free of charge. Bicycles can also be stored there or, by arrangement, brought into the house.

Swimming Pool:
Our outdoor swimming pool is open from the end of May to the first week of September. It is filled with very soft spring water!

Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited throughout the house. However, you are welcome to smoke outdoors or on your balcony/terrace.

Wi-Fi:
Free Wi-Fi is available.

Südtirol Guest Pass:
With the Südtirol Guest Pass, which is included in the booking price, you can use some public transport services throughout South Tyrol free of charge.
The Südtirol Guest Pass is issued digitally in the form of a QR code. For this, we only need your full names, dates of birth, and an email address where the passes can be sent. The Südtirol Guest Pass is valid for the duration of your stay.
